Who we are
We help homeowners create short term rental businesses and host their properties on their behalf.
SOMOS works with homeowners, property owners, and investors. The focus is short-term rental opportunities, property hosting, and the services that go with them.
Most owners come to us in one of two places. Either they own a home and are trying to work out whether short-term renting it is a real option, or they already have one running and no longer want to be the person managing it. We work on both.

How we talk about results
We do not promise a specific amount of income, a level of occupancy, a number of bookings, or a return on investment, and we will not put a number in front of you that we cannot stand behind.
How a short-term rental performs depends on the property, its market, the season, and the rules that apply to it. Some of that we can influence. Some of it we cannot. Any figures we discuss with you about your property are estimates, not commitments, and the specifics of any engagement are set out in a written agreement between you and SOMOS.
Owners are responsible for confirming that short-term renting is permitted by their HOA, city, and county, and for any licensing or tax obligations that come with it. We are happy to talk that through, but we are not your lawyer or your accountant.
