Who it is for: Owners whose property is already operating, or about to, who want someone else to host it.
How SOMOS helps: SOMOS takes on the hosting role for the property and handles the running of it as a short-term rental.

Short-term rental support

What it is: Ongoing support for an owner while their short-term rental business is being developed and while it operates.

How SOMOS helps: We keep owners current by phone and email, and by text message where the owner has given us prior express consent to text them.

Investor and property owner communication

What it is: Communication with investors and property owners about short-term rental opportunities and the services SOMOS provides.
Who it is for: Investors and property owners considering short-term rental opportunities, or already working with SOMOS.
How SOMOS helps: Same channels, same rule: phone and email, and text message only where the person has opted in to receive it.

We do not offer guaranteed income, guaranteed bookings, guaranteed occupancy, or a guaranteed return. Short-term rental performance depends on the property, the market, and the rules that apply to it. The scope of any engagement is set out in a written agreement between you and SOMOS Properties LLC.
